BXL has been awarded funding by Birmingham City Council and Solihull Metropolitan Council to deliver work related learning and work experience programmes to 14 – 19 year olds in the region. Through an open and competitive tendering process, we proposed programmes that we developed to incorporate the feedback and ideas that you have given us. These programmes are mapped directly to curriculum priorities, giving you and your students’ tangible outcomes and benefits.

Winning this funding is testament to the quality and value of the programmes that we have been delivering in the region and from which 14,607 young people have benefited to date.

Book by the 1st October 2010

The funding available for the programmes is limited and it will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so it’s vital that you book your programmes early to ensure that your school gets the full benefit of the programmes.

Deliver by 31st March 2011

All funded programme will have to be delivered by the 31st March 2011. This is another reason why it’s important that you book early to ensure that your preferred dates can be allocated to you.
